JLS Transcription Solutions provides medical transcription services through our partner, Ameya Mediscribe Pvt. Ltd. Ameya places a high priority on quality, having a QA, editing, and proofreading staff that is nearly 40% of its total workforce. Account service is provided out of our North Carolina office.
JLS has an extensive computer network managed by four network administrators, with five servers and nodes equipped with amplified Pilot headphones. Internet connectivity is available through multiple DSL connections with multiple standby ISDN lines. All data is continuously backed up and the network is protected by a 10-hour UPS system.
Our system adheres to all HIPAA and AAMT guidelines.
